I did it! One full week of training for Disney Tune-Up training for Disney Cruise Castaway Cay 5K. By the end of the week I am able to run / jog 1 mile, with two of those laps in consecutive order. That is equal to 2 tenths of a mile. I'm sore, but satisfied. It seems to increasing daily, today was 83 degrees and 78% humidity by 10:30.
